Here is a consolidated review and feed back for you and your team.As the planning committee, the comments from the attendees were very consistent. People were very pleased with the quality of the food, the freshness and the seasoning. Well done! The staff that delivered the food were very professional, courteous, polite and arrived in plenty of time to set up. The planning committee appreciated the fact that you provided ENOUGH plates, napkins, servers and DISPOSABLE food trays. The team really appreciated your flexibility around menu selections. The fresh garden salad with a light dressing option and the fabulously seasoned (no fat) green beans were wonderful! We were very glad we opted for individual sized desserts! We would recommend this option over pies to any other groups considering this type of buffet meal. Thank you! We are definitely keeping your contact information for future events ourselves.

They helped my elderly guests with their plates, walking them over to their tables and making sure they had everything they needed. The champagne toast went beautifully, all the guests had their glasses filled quickly with no issues. The cake cutting service was perfect, not a single guest had to help with that (at my sister's wedding my mom had to do it all!).
